New materials regarding research in the fields of architecture and urban construction are being presented. The authors also focus on the history of the creation of little-known buildings of interest, on the development of local architectural traditions, on new attributions, and introduce recently discovered archive materials. A number of papers are dedicated to the issues of architectural and urban planning development of historical towns and cities or study the formation of architectural ensembles. The edition also includes papers that are devoted to theoretical historical-architectural problems, to biographies of architects, or analyze artistic approaches and concepts.

Editorial ethics

Editorial or publishing ethics is a system of rules that regulate the relationship of author, editor and reviewer. Compliance with the following rules by all participants of the process ensures the correct operation during the preparation period of scientific publication and copyright protection for intellectual property.

Framing the rules we followed the recommendations of COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) and the Ethics Code of Scientific Publications prepared by the Committee on the Ethics of Scientific Publications.

Authors

For publication in the Architectural heritage only original unpublished articles are accepted. Please note that the author is personally responsible for the text provided to the editor.

The authors guarantee an accurate citation of sources used in the process of working on the manuscript of the article. If authors have used the work and / or fragments of text by other authors, presence of corresponding references is obligatory. Excessive borrowing and plagiarism in any form, including unregistered quote or paraphrase, are unacceptable.

By transferring the manuscript to the editor, the authors confirm that the text does not violate anyone's copyright. The same applies to illustrations: the author is responsible for the permission to publish images.

It is necessary to recognize the contribution of all persons, who influenced the course of the research work one way or another, in particular, references to the most significant works of the study must be indicated. The author should mention all persons who have made significant contributions to the study as co-authors. It is unacceptable to indicate co-authors who are not involved in the study.

f the author finds significant mistakes or inaccuracies in the article on the stage of examination or after the publication, he must notify the editor as soon as possible.

It is in the interest of the author to facilitate the work of the editors; it is recommended to respond promptly to the questions posed by the editors of the manuscript.

Editor and Publisher

When deciding on the publication the editor of scientific journal refers to the scientific significance of the work and accuracy of the information presented in it.

The editor decides on the publication of work regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, origin, nationality, social status or political commitment of the author.

The editor and publisher should not use unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts for consideration, for personal use or pass them on to the third parties without the prior written consent of the author.

The editor should not allow the publication of information if there is sufficient evidence to believe that it is plagiarism.


Reviewers

Manuscript received for the review must be examined as a confidential document, which can not be passed for review or discussion to the third parties having no authority.

The reviewer is required to give an objective and reasonable assessment of study results. Personal criticism of the author is not acceptable.

The reviewer must not use unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts and for personal purposes.

The reviewer who is not (in his or her opinion)qualified to evaluate the manuscript or can not be objective, for example, in the case of a conflict of interest with the author or organization should inform the editor with a request to exclude him or her from the process of reviewing this manuscript.
